The meet begins with the heptathlon and decathlon on Thursday. Kelly Skvarna and Michelle Fekete will be the only Cougars competing the first day, with the first four events of the heptathlon beginning at 12:00 p.m. The rest of the team will compete in all events on Friday. The remaining three events of the heptathlon start at 9 a.m. Field events start off with the men's high jump at 10:30 a.m. Track events begin with the women's 4x100m relay at 9:30 a.m.
