Cougars Open Season at Mountain T's Invitational

SAN MARCOS, Calif. The Cal State San Marcos women's track & field team start their first indoor season as a NCAA Division II squad at the Mountain T's Invitational this Saturday, Jan. 30 at Northern Arizona University (NAU) in Flagstaff, Ariz. This will be the first of three indoor competitions at NAU for the Cougars as they prepare for the outdoor season, which begins on Feb. 27. A small contingent of the CSUSM roster will be taking part in Saturday's action, with 14 student-athletes slated to participate in seven events. The first track event for the Cougars will be the 60m, scheduled to begin at 9:55 a.m. PST. CSUSM will also compete in the 60-meter hurdles, 800m, 400m and 4x400m.
